My party and I came here on a Saturday night for our second dinners as we were visiting from out of town. The environment was lovely and we were seated almost immediately. Our waiter took our order and shortly the food came out orderly so that we had enough time to enjoy each dish. The food was amazing even though it was our second dinner for the night. The highlight for the night was indeed the rock shrimp tempura and Wagyu skirt steak. They were amazing! This was our second time here and each time we get to try something new. We will definitely come back again for a third time.

I was recently in Las Vegas and went to Zuma with some friends. We walked into the restaurant knowing that this was going to be an experience and decided that we would be going all in to enjoy it. The restaurant is beautifully designed with two open food preparation areas so you can see most of the items being made. The music had a smooth house lounge vibe. Food was simply amazing and was the experience that we all expected and then some. We had: Blistered Shishito Peppers and Edamame Gin-dara no saikyo yaki - Black cod marinated in saikyo miso wrapped in hoba leaf Chef selection of nigiri Buta - bara yuzu miso - Kurobuta pork belly with yuzu mustard miso (skewers) Gyu to shishito no kushi yaki - Beef with shishito pepper and smoked chili soy (skewers) Hotate no ume shiso mentaiko yaki - Grilled scallops with pickled plum, shiso, mentaiko butter Yaki toumoro koshi - Sweet corn with shiso butter and shichimi pepper Hamachi usuzukuri pirikara ninniku - Sliced yellowtail sashimi green chili relish, ponzu and pickled garlic For drinks we had "Burning History" which consists of Suntory Toki whisky, honey, ginger, yuzu, egg whites. Before the ingredients are mixed, they smoke the glass first, then add everything in. It was cool to watch and more amazing to taste. Overall this was one of my best dining experiences ever. I would also highly recommend getting reservations and give yourself enough time to relax and enjoy it.

Being lucky enough to attend this establishment - was definitely a win for me. I have always wanted to go to the restaurant in Miami and spending my Friday evening, tasting some of the most exquisite sashimi / sushi / food combinations I have ever had... was a memory, I will never ever forget.. and, the best belated birthday present, given I am a foodie... Our server, Caroline was just the best, always assuring everything came out, in the perfect order... and, recommending some top notch items, including my new favorite drink, the Geisha Smash! We were positioned perfectly in the restaurant... where we saw the cool kitchen that they cook on wood and we saw the sushi bars and the view of outside too... My new favorite sushi roll, was their toro maki on special.. we had everything from those shishito peppers to nigiri to my all time fave, kumamoto oysters to one of my other faves.. soft shelled crab, only this time presented in a salad to surprisingly delicious pork belly skewers to this out of this world grilled chilean seabass to not only the salmon / tuna tartare (with caviar) though the chef's caviar platter... If you ever want a special treat.... I say Zuma is where you want to go... and, yes, I have been everywhere from Kame to ACYE.... though, Zuma, hands down - in the Cosmo Hotel - was the best. 100%Jordsified. #ThatsMyByte

YUM!! Made a reservation on the day of for a party of 4, and we were seated right away. I love not needing to wait when we have a reservation. We ordered: - soft shell crap - seared scallop - pork belly skewers - so many different types of nigiri and sashimi (fluke was one of my favs) - assorted veggie tempura - NY strip - chicken wings - miso black cod - chocolate lava cake Everything was so good but the fresh fish and the seared scallops were definitely our favorite. Service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely return!!

Luv Zuma! the presentation of the food like the fruit dessert platter. It's gorgeous. We tried the Lobster Miso, Wagyu with fresh truffle. Amazing. King Crab and rock shrimp tempura. It was so good I forgot to take pics. I was busy enjoying the ambiance of this place. We came late at night and want to come back when they open. I also tried the fancy Burning History I think that was the name. Loved it! again the presentation of their items is just so Vegas. It's entertaining. They smoke the glass then layer in ice cube, whiskey, yuzu, scotch, honey, ginger and egg whites. What a delight! Nice place on the Vegas strip to take in Vegas vibes. We'll be back for more. Was super excited to try Zuma while in Vegas celebrating my cousins birthdays and it did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered the crispy fried calamari, gyoza, sliced yellowtail sashimi, kurobuta pork belly skewers, and shishito peppers to start. For rolls, we tried the spicy yellowtail, spicy tuna roll, prawn tempura, and salmon avocado. We then opted for an assortment of nigiris as well. The cocktails were fun, yet stiff. The restaurant is certainly upscale and a great spot to hit before a night out. Service was extremely attentive. I will definitely be back and would love to try their Omakase next time.

Chef kiss Absolutely delicious of course a pricer dinner but well worth it. The a5 was a little iffy when it came out wrapped in daikon with rice inside but let me say don't go without it. It was one of the best things I ate all day. Everything completed so well from truffle to rice to the meat cut. The Tartare was also very fresh and unique with rice cracker to spread on it. Overall amazing sushi and amazing quality and matches price point with it! Would recommend for a fancy or treat yourself meal!

Oh this place was gorgeous! Beautiful modern and classy decor. Great combination of wood and steel. A feast for the eyes. On to the food. We had almost everything on the menu. Check out the pics. The stand-outs for me were the mushroom rice hot pot, the lobster, the back cod and the seabass sashimi. Now you may say.. well those look like normal Asian fare, but they were absolutely amazing flavors combined into the seemingly simple offerings. There may not be another Asian fusion spot that can compare to this one. It was simply fantastic. Our multiple servers were so thoughtful. We had to rush them because we were going to see a show and they happily obliged but you should go here when you have a couple of hours to savor the flavors! Not saying that it takes forever to get your selections, we just ordered a lot of food! Don't order a meal for yourself to enjoy alone. These dishes are made to be shared family-style so everyone can taste the heavenly goodness. Enjoy!

Awesome experience here. If you have the money, definitely go here!! I went here for my engagement dinner and it was amazing - probably the best meal Ive had in my life! We did the seasonal omakase dinner and it's pricey but every dish was 10/10. I especially liked the baked potato. I've never had a baked potato at a restaurant that is better than what I make at home but this one did just that. I want to go back just for that potato! The bar and drinks are also amazing. I had three different ones and they all have a unique presentation/delivery. Bartenders were all friendly and always left us stocked with water and were prompt with orders. The service was also perfect - I couldn't come up with one thing of criticism. The service was that good! The ambiance is cool at this place too. It's easy to hold a conversation as the acoustics are good. I also really like the walk to the bathroom with the large open windows looking down Harmon. This was my second time here. The first was top 5 in my dining experiences. The second was top 1. I want to go back again - I'll just have to wait for a special occasion. It will most certainly be in my thoughts moving forward.
